Three psychological symptoms that I experience as a result of stress are anxiety, a lack of concentration and being forgetful. When I am under a lot of stress, I tend to forget things easily. I also feel very anxious all the time and worry about the possible negative things. I also feel very distracted and fail to concentrate on things properly. On the other hand, three physical symptoms that I experience are increased heartbeat, nausea and headache. When I feel stressed, I feel my heart racing. Apart from that, I feel nauseated and also, I have severe headache at times.
